Consultations to see the Doctors and Practice Nurses are by appointment only. Please do not arrive at the surgery expecting to be seen without an appointment or contacting reception in advance.
The appointment lines are open from 8.00am and close at 18.00.
Out of Hours
From 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday and from 6pm Friday until 8am Monday NHS24 will provide the out of hours service.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

Sometimes a GP or nurse will ask you to email them a photo of a symptom that you have. If asked to do so, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
